Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of columbineclean.com and the residential cleaning services provided by Columbine Clean, operated by Mathiba LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

We offer one-time and recurring residential cleaning in Northern Colorado. Descriptions of what each service includes are provided as a guide; your booking confirmation describes the service you purchased. We may decline or cancel a booking when necessary, and will refund any amount already charged for a cancelled booking.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are based on the details you provide about your home and the service selected. If the home's size or condition differs significantly from what was booked, we will discuss any adjustment with you before proceeding. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card is charged after the service is completed; certain large or specialty jobs may require a deposit at booking.

Recurring Service

Recurring cleanings continue on your chosen schedule until you cancel. Recurring discounts apply while you remain on a recurring schedule.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

There is no fee to reschedule or cancel with at least 24 business hours' notice (Monday–Friday). Late cancellations or lockouts may be charged a fee to compensate your cleaner for the reserved time. To cancel, call (970) 680-8973.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no charge. Because services cannot be returned, we do not offer cash refunds for completed cleanings, except where required by law.

Access, Safety, and Property

You agree to provide safe access to your home and to let us know about pets, alarms, and any fragile or high-value items. Please secure valuables. Report any damage within 24 hours so we can address it promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
